Where is Puerto Princesa City

What is LTO NCR West? 

The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region West (LTO NCR-West) is a subdivision of the LTO, a government agency of the Philippines under the Department of Transportation (DOTr). Like its mother unit, the LTO NCR West is responsible for the land transportation sector, particularly in the West Zone of Metro Manila. It lies along the renowned Manila Bay with territories on the West side of the Metropolitan Manila area.

Because NCR is central to most government, education and commercial activities, the transportation in the region is pretty much well-developed, making it easy to go in and around the region either by private car or via public transport. There are numerous trains, buses, vans, and jeepneys with different travel routes, making land travel convenient in and around the NCR West zone.
