Roxas, officially known as the City of Roxas, is a third class component city and the capital of the province of Capiz. What is LTO Region 5? 

Bicol Region, officially designated as Region 5, is an administrative region in the Philippines.  It is home to six (6) provinces, four in the Bicol Peninsula (the southeastern end of Luzon), namely, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon, and two off the shore: Catanduanes and Masbate. Where is the Bicol Region (Region 5)

The Bicol Region, commonly known as Bicol and designated as Region V, is an administrative region of the Philippines. Also known as Bicolandia, the Bicol Region is made up of six (6) provinces: Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, and Masbate.
