If you are registering for the first time, you will need to log into your active email address to verify your account via the email link sent by LTO. If you already have an LTMS portal account, skip to step 5.

Key in your registered email address and your nominated password. Once logged in, you can find your LTO Client Number on the top right of the homepage.
