Where is Borongan City

Borongan, officially known as the City of Borongan, is a first class component city and the capital city of the coastal province of Eastern Samar. It is located along the middle coastal part of the province, along the northern banks of the Lo-om River, a short distance away from the shoreline of Borongan Bay.
