The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Santa Rosa City in the province of Laguna is made up of a lone LTO office: the LTO Santa Rosa Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO). This LTO office was opened to serve the city and its people, through a better, faster conduct of the agency’s operations, consequently resulting in better LTO services for the people residing in the local area of the Santa Rosa and its geographical area of responsibility (GAOR). The LTO Santa Rosa DLRO also operates in the hopes of making the LTO more effective in their regulation so the public can be rest assured of their safety on the road.
Aside from being one of the largest and most populous cities in Laguna, Santa Rosa is also a light industrial and commercial hub, housing major industrial parks, residential communities, and some of the major establishments in the country, including Toyota Motors Philippines, Monde Nissin, Coca-Cola Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom theme park, the Nuvali mixed-use development, and shopping spots like SM City Santa Rosa and Paseo de Santa Rosa. It is dubbed as the “Lion City of the Philippines,” and is a major stopover south of Manila. For these reasons, the LTO deemed it necessary to put up an LTO branch to offer their services with and reach the people more effectively. With this office in place, road safety and driver license renewal doesn’t have to take so much time, effort, and money for the local motorists and drivers to avail of and keep up with the rules and regulatory policies of the agency.
What is LTO Santa Rosa?

This LTO office was a physical manifestation that agency is working to serve its mandate and ensure that their core programs and services—including the renewal of license and permits—are offered more conveniently, especially to the people whose work is done primarily behind the wheels or those who can’t afford to take the time off to travel to another place for their LTO-related needs.
