Where is Candon City
Candon, officially known as the City of Candon, is a fourth class component city in the province of Ilocos Sur known as the country’s largest producer of Virginia-type tobacco, earning it its moniker as the “Tobacco Capital of the Philippines.” It is the Candon is the center of the 2nd district of Ilocos Sur, housing over 100,000 people and commercial and industrial enterprises.
