The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Dipolog City in the province of Zamboanga del Norte, is made up of two (2) LTO offices: the LTO Dipolog District Office (DO) and the LTO Dipolog Licensing Center. Dipolog, officially known as the City of Dipolog, is a third class coastal component city and capital of the province of Zamboanga del Norte.
