The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Pagadian City in the province of Zamboanga del Sur, is made up of a single LTO office: the LTO Pagadian District Office (DO). This office was opened in an effort to more efficiently carry out the agency’s mandate to make the LTO more visible and its services more accessible in the area. What is LTO Pagadian? 

LTO Pagadian refers to the LTO branches located in Pagadian City in Zamboanga del Sur. Much like the rest of the LTO offices in the Philippines, the LTO office in Pagadian City was opened to bring the core LTO programs and services—including the inspection and registration of motor vehicles, issuance of license and permits, collection of fees, fines, and penalties, traffic adjudication, and enforcement of land transportation rules and regulations—closer and make it easier for the Pagadianons to access them and comply with the rules of the road.

Where is Pagadian City

Pagadian, officially known as the City of Pagadian, is a second class coastal component city and the capital and regional center of the province of Zamboanga del Sur. It is located on the northeastern side of the Western Mindanao region, bordering on Illana Bay, and is the second-largest city in the region and in the province. It has a steeply sloping hilly terrain which is bounded by the municipalities of Tigbao and Dumalinao on the southwest, Lakewood on the west, Labangan on the east and northwest, and Midsalip on the north.
