The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Zamboanga City in the province of Zamboanga del Sur, is made up of eight (8) LTO offices: the LTO Region 9 – New Registration Unit (NRU), LTO Zamboanga District Office (DO), LTO ZamboEcozone Extension Office (EO), LTO Tetuan Extension Office (EO), LTO Zamboanga Licensing Center (LC), LTO E-Patrol, San Jose, LTO DLRC Yubengco Mall, and LTO DLRO KCC Mall. LTO Tetuan Extension Office
The LTO Tetuan Extension Office (EO), as the name suggests, is an extension of LTO created as part of the continuous modernization programs of the LTO. LTO Zamboanga Licensing Center

It is one of the operating arms of LTO in the city which offers faster, better, more convenient, and more affordable license renewal services to Zamboangueños, especially those who frequently visit the Yubengco Star Mall.
LTO KCC Mall DLRO
