LTO Lucena City (Quezon) Office Location and Contact Information

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Lucena City in the province of Quezon is made up of a set of three (3) LTO offices: the LTO Lucena District Office (DO), the LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) SM Lucena City and the LTO Quezon Licensing Center (LC). These offices were meant to serve the city like every LTO offices do: To extend the agency’s operations and make their services more accessible and more convenient for the people residing in the local area of the City of Lucena and its geographical area of responsibility (GAOR). These LTO branches are meant to bring the LTO services closer and offer them more effectively without the hassle.

Though it is now known as a highly urbanized city that houses numerous micro-businesses and SMEs, Lucena City has always been a coastal city, with its core industry dependent on fishing and marine-related works as well as on merchandising and service. It is also the seat of power in the province of Quezon and the Southern Tagalog region, causing many government agencies to seek to be hosted in the city, and LTO is no exception.

What is LTO Lucena?

LTO Lucena refers to either one or all of the LTO offices stationed in Lucena City in Quezon: the LTO Lucena District Office (DO), the LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) SM Lucena City and the LTO Quezon Licensing Center (LC). They operate like any other LTO offices in the country and in CALABARZON, and were opened in place to ensure that the public knows about the agency’s efforts to bridge the LTO and the people—including the drivers and car owners—in Lucena City and the neighboring areas. They were opened to carry out the agency’s mandate and make the LTO core programs and services—ranging from registration and renewal of motor vehicles (MV) to license and permits application and renewals—more convenient, especially for the people whose livelihood lies behind the wheels. It is also convenient for those who can’t afford to travel to another place for their LTO-related needs.

LTO Lucena District Office

Just like the other LTO district offices, the LTO Lucena District Office (DO) operates as the main extension office and project-implementing arm of the agency in the local area of the city of Lucena and its surrounding areas. As the LTO’s local operating arm, it offers the agency’s core programs and services, engages with the locals, and carries out its mandate in a way that reaches the people much faster and more efficiently. It also serves as a visual manifestation of the agency, making its presence known, felt, and remembered by the people in Lucena City. It is aptly located on Lucena Grand Central Terminal, Diversion Road, Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City.

LTO DLRO SM Lucena City

The LTO DLRO SM Lucena City, as the name suggests, is a dedicated license renewal office (DLRO) located in SM mall in the city of Lucena. It is one of the three operating branches of the LTO in the city and it allows the agency to serve the people better by offering faster, better, more convenient, and more affordable license renewal services to the locals, especially those who frequently visit the SM Mall in Lucena. Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City.

LTO Quezon Licensing Center

With convenience and ease of transaction in mind, the LTO also opened up the LTO Quezon Licensing Center (LC), a one-stop off-site printing shop for LTO licensing needs in Lucena City. It is located in Lucena Grand Terminal, a major transportation hub in the city, along with the local LTO District Office. This LTO office can be said to have one of the best spots in the city for good visibility, as it sits right where the foot traffic is and within the reach of the people they intend to serve. So, if you ever find yourself in need of faster and more convenient licensing services while in Lucena City, then this is the way to go—visit the LTO Quezon Licensing Center.
