LTO Mandaluyong refers to any or all of the LTO offices in the city of Mandaluyong. Whether it is the LTO extension office (EO) in Mandaluyong or CARAGA regional office or any of the LTO DLRO branches located within the city premises, the LTO offices are all meant to offer various LTO services—from the registration of motor vehicles to the issuance of driver’s licenses and permits.
LTO Mandaluyong Extension Office (EO)
Established in 1983, the LTO Mandaluyong Extension Office (EO) is an LTO branch that has been around for almost 40 years. Throughout Its existence, the LTO office has been exceptional in its service, efficiently handling an average of eight hundred (800) transactions with only seven (7) Regular Employees (plantilla) and thirteen (13) Job Order (JO) Employees.
Because of the remarkable accomplishments of the branch in terms of volume of transaction and the commendable public service delivery, initiatives and progress of Mandaluyong Extension Office in propose the conversion of Mandaluyong Extension Office to a Regular District Office under House Bill No. 1611, currently being held and is on its 4th reading.
LTO DLRO California Garden Square
The LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) California Garden Square is located at Unit R20-21 Cluster Anaheim in California Garden Square in Highway Hills, Mandaluyong. At the moment, the LTO DLRO California Garden Square (CGS) is under the supervision of Ria Nica N. Almario, offering license renewal and student permit services.
LTO Robinsons Galleria DLRO
Established in 2017, the LTO DLRO Robinsons Galleria located at the basement level of Robinsons Galleria Mall was meant to offer faster, more accessible service to the people. To keep up with its mandate, the DLRO has three windows for the evaluation, photo/sign, and cashier, along with a self-service kiosk placed in front of the office for the encoding/printing of license cards as well as for backlog printing of driver’s license.
LTO Shaw Mall Center DLRO
Just like all the other LTO DLRO, the LTO DLRO in Shaw Center Mall was created and opened under the continuous modernization programs of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). With this office on the third level of Shaw Center Mall, the agency makes it easier and more convenient for the locals to process their license registration renewals in one place.

LTO Mandaluyong Extension Office (EO)
The LTO Mandaluyong Extension Office (EO) may not be a full service LTO branch but it’s the closest one in the area, offering both licensing and private and for-hire motor vehicle (MV) registration and renewal transactions, application for student permits, revision of records, replacement of lost license and permits, new unit registration, and other miscellaneous transaction involving motor vehicles like transfer of ownership, cancellation of mortgage, annotation of mortgage , duplicate Certificate of Registration, and duplicate plate, among others.
LTO DLRO California Garden Square
The LTO office in California Garden Square, however, only handles driver’s license renewals and processing of Student Permits.
LTO Robinsons Galleria DLRO
Just like the Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) on Highway Hills, the LTO DLRO in Robinsons Galleria has limited capabilities and can only entertain Student Permit applications and Driver’s License Renewals for Non-Professional and Professional drivers.
LTO Shaw Mall Center DLRO
The LTO DLRO in Shaw Center Mall, on the other hand, offers exactly the same services as the LTO DLRO California Garden Square: Driver’s License renewals and Student Permit applications only.

Mandaluyong, officially known as the City of Mandaluyong but originally named as Santa Ana de Sapa, is a first class highly urbanized city (HUC) at the center of the National Capital Region (NCR).
