The LTO Valenzuela District office is a full service Class C LTO district office that has been serving as the agency’s extension office in the city of Valenzuela since it was established in 1992. It transformed from an LTO extension office by virtue of House Bill No. 8094. Located in Maysan Road, this LTO office is right along the main thoroughfare of the city, which makes it a place no one can miss even if they try. Originally in Karuhatan, Valenzuela, it’s now in a great new spot at Maysan Road, especially since the agency intends to serve as many people as they possibly can in the fastest, easiest, most convenient way possible.
Valenzuela Licensing Extension Office (VLEO)
The LTO Valenzuela Licensing Extension Office officially started office in 2018, at the Ayos Center in the Old City Hall of Valenzuela. It was opened in the city to serve the people. Also known as a one-stop off-site printing shop where licensing applications and renewals are entertained, the LTO Valenzuela Licensing Extension Office moved back to the mother unit, on the second floor of the same building as the LTO Valenzuela District Office, in 2019, where it is most accessible to the public. It was also one of the few LTO offices authorized to Process Application for New Driver’s License (DL) via the Automated Driver’s License Examination System (ADLES) Facility, along with the Valenzuela DO.

Where is Valenzuela
Valenzuela, officially the City of Valenzuela, is a first-class, highly urbanized city (HUC) in the northern part of the National Capital Region (NCR). It has a population of over 710,000 people, and is considered the 6th most populous city in the region.
Located about 14 kilometers (8.7 mi.) north of Manila City, the landlocked Valenzuela City has a total land area of only 45.75 square kilometers (17.66 sq mi). Even so, it still manages to house a lot of people along with numerous developing industries.
In terms of geography, the chartered city of Valenzuela is located on the island of Luzon. It is bounded by the province of Bulacan, and cities of Caloocan, Malabon, and Quezon City. The city of Valenzuela is bordered in the north by the town of Obando and the city of Meycauayan in Bulacan, the city of Navotas in the west, Malabon in the south, and Quezon City and northern portion of Caloocan in the east. Valenzuela City also shares border and access to the dirtiest Marilao-Meycauayan-Obando river system, the Tenejeros-Tullahan River, with Malabon.
