These offices were created to service over 960,000 people residing in the 80 barangays of the entire City of Cebu.

What is LTO Cebu City? 

LTO Cebu City refers to the LTO offices in the city of Cebu. These offices were created by virtue of different laws and mandates in an effort to increase the efficacy of the agency’s service delivery. The Land Transportation Office’s Malasakit Lounge also refers to the LTO Regional Office Licensing Extension Office in Pahina Central, Cebu City. It was the only LTO Malasakit Center in the Philippines, created to offer a more convenient LTO service, especially to the senior citizens, persons with disabilities, pregnant, lactating women, and diplomatic officials. The Cebu City Malasakit Lounge is also one of the few LTO offices that are already authorized to accept and process applications for new driver’s licenses using the Automated Driver’s License Examination System (ADELES) facility.

Cebu City District Office

The LTO Cebu City District Office is an LTO Office opened at the fourth level of Robinsons Galleria Cebu. It was opened as part of the Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center and operates from 10AM – 7PM, Mondays to Fridays. As an LTO office, the Cebu City DO offers services like driver’s license application and renewal, student permit application, and registration and renewal of privately owned vehicles.

The Land Transportation Office 7 also opened a Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) at Robinsons Fuente in Cebu City to not only help reduce the congestion at the District Office, but also to help the public process their transactions faster and more efficiently with the DLRO’s shortened transaction procedures.

Cebu City also houses the LTO Cebu City Mega Licensing Center. It is located at SM Seaside City, Seaview Wing, Ground floor, Cebu South Coastal Rd, Cebu City, and was created to cater to the needs for license registrations and renewals in Cebu City and the rest of the Metro Cebu area.

The Region 7 Land Transportation Office (LTO) also offers a one-stop shop, in the form of the LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) SM City Cebu.
