They were opened to carry out the agency’s mandate and make the LTO core programs and services—ranging from registration and renewal of motor vehicles (MV) to license and permits application and renewals—more convenient, especially for the people whose livelihood lies behind the wheels. It is also convenient for those who can’t afford to travel to another place for their LTO-related needs.

LTO Lucena District Office

Just like the other LTO district offices, the LTO Lucena District Office (DO) operates as the main extension office and project-implementing arm of the agency in the local area of the city of Lucena and its surrounding areas. It also serves as a visual manifestation of the agency, making its presence known, felt, and remembered by the people in Lucena City. It is aptly located on Lucena Grand Central Terminal, Diversion Road, Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City.
