Gone are the days when the people needed to go to another place or spend extra time and money to satisfy their LTO-related needs.

Naga City has several monikers. It is famously known as the Heart of Bicol for being the regional center of commerce and trade, culture, and religion. It houses the region’s best universities and educational institutions, producing top-rating professionals. By official decree, Naga is also called the Pilgrimage City for being the home of the biggest Marian devotion in South East Asia. Because of its history and strategic location, Naga is also known as the Queen City of Bicol and One of the Seven Golden Cities of the Sun, as it houses most of Bicol’s business establishments, even as it is favored by the country’s largest companies and several government agencies like the LTO to be the center of their regional operations in this part of South Luzon.
