What is LTO Pampanga

Just like any other LTO offices elsewhere, the LTO Pampanga officers are located in the prime cities and towns or municipalities in the province of Pampanga. 

LTO Regional Office – Operations Division

Located in the city of San Fernando—Pampanga’s provincial capital city, a component city, and tourism village of the province where the wealth, character, and culture of the four northern regions of Luzon are pooled—is the operations division of the LTO regional office. The LTO office serves over 350,000 people residing in the city. It controls not only the supervision of the LTO branches in the entire Region III, but it also oversees all the activities and operations of the LTO offices in the region including all the field, district, and extension offices, as well as the various functional divisions in the regional office itself.

LTO Regional Office – MVIC

Also housed within the premises of the LTO regional office is the LTO Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (MVIC) for Region III. The MVIC handles and operates the Motor Vehicle Inspection System (MVIS), a new LTO program in the Philippines meant to ensure the road-worthiness of the motor vehicles to be registered.

LTO DLRO- Robinsons Starmills

Just like the other DLROs elsewhere, the LTO DLRO in Robinsons Starmills in San Fernando, Pampanga is meant to make license renewals more convenient for the public. It is located on the Level 2 of Robinson Starmills Mall, making it conveniently accessible, especially to the mall-going drivers or car owners.

LTO DLRO-SM Telabastagan

Yet another LTO DLRO meant to offer faster and more efficient public service to the Filipinos in Pampanga is the LTO DLRO on the 2nd level of SM City Telabastagan in McArthur Highway, Brgy. Telabastagan, San Fernando City.

LTO San Fernando District Office

Aside from the regional office and the DLROs, San Fernando City also houses an LTO district office at the Government Center in Brgy. Maimpis, the main LTO operating arm in the district meant to bring the LTO closer to the public. 

LTO San Fernando Licensing Center

The San Fernando Licensing Center is yet another option for all driver’s license holders who live in the city and the areas nearby. Not only is it the nearest LTO branch that they can go to, but it also offers better public service and lesser or shorter queuing periods when they try to renew their licenses or vehicle registrations.

LTO Angeles District Office

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Angeles City District Office offers various LTO services and maximum efforts to improve its services and deliver utmost customer care and convenience. This LTO office also houses an LTO Kiosk—a self-service kiosk designed to provide detailed information about various LTO services, announce latest public advisories, provide pertinent LTO-related information, process select transactions like motor vehicle (MV) registration renewal, decongest the LTO sites, and improve the LTO service efficiency. 

LTO Angeles Extension Office

Guagua may not be Pampanga’s largest municipality, but it is the center of the province’s traditional commercial center. LTO Mabalacat District Office (formerly Mabalacat Extension Office)

The LTO Mabalacat District Office is yet another LTO Office created to extend the LTO services to the people of Pampanga. Formerly known as the Mabalacat Extension Office, the LTO Mabalacat DO become a district office thanks to the Republic Act No. 11747 enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives during the first session of the Eighteenth Congress. It was approved into existence on April 27, 2022. 

LTO Mabiga Extension Office

Mabalacat, officially known as the City of Mabalacat, is a 3rd class component city of the province of Pampanga. It houses an LTO extension office in Mabiga in an effort to offer a more convenient LTO service to its over 290,000 residents. 

LTO San Simon District Office (formerly LTO Apalit Extension Office)

San Simon, also known as the Municipality of San Simon, is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Pampanga. It is well known for farming and fishing and its industrial zone area. It houses a population of 59,182 people who are lucky enough to get an LTO district office of its own.

LTO San Fernando District Office

This LTO district office in San Fernando, Pampanga only offers limited LTO services. It only handles motor vehicle (MV) and driver’s license-related transactions.

LTO Angeles District Office

The Angeles District Office (DO) also houses an LTO self-service kiosk within the LTO branch. This kiosk allows this LTO branch’s patrons to conduct selected transactions like MV registration renewals all on their own without the need of assistance from the staff of the branch itself.

Where is Pampanga

Pampanga, officially known as the Province of Pampanga, is a well-known province in the Central Luzon region. It is considered the Culinary Capital of the Philippines as numerous mouth-watering cuisine/dishes call the province as its home.

More than the mouth-watering journey offered by the province of Pampanga, the province also houses exciting outdoor activities, historical places, and metropolitan attractions that those who are visiting the province will enjoy.
