Where is San Jose City
San Jose, officially known as the City of San Jose, is a third class component city in the landlocked province of Nueva Ecija. Dubbed as the Onion Capital of the Philippines, it is one of the emerging Agro-Industrial Hubs of Central Luzon located in the northern part of Nueva Ecija. It houses a population of about 150,000 people.
Geographically, San Jose City is the northernmost city of Nueva Ecija, 47 kilometers away from the seat of the provincial government which is located in Palayan City. It lies 43 kilometres (27 mi) from Cabanatuan, 160 kilometers north of Manila, 116 kms. south of Baguio City, and approximately 150 kms. west of the Clark Special Economic Zone.
