These offices serve the city the same way every other LTO offices in the country do, by extending the agency’s operations and making them more accessible and more convenient for the people residing in the local area of the City of Cabanatuan and its geographical area of responsibility (GAOR). These LTO branches are intended to effectively bring the LTO closer to the public they want to serve without the hassle of having to travel or spend more to avail of LTO-related services.
As the implementing body of the LTO in the Cabanatuan City area, both of the two LTO offices observe the same standard quality service that the agency operates with. This also includes implementing strict regulatory policies and programs, both for local motorists, drivers, and car owners, in order to keep the roads safe.
