As an extension of the LTO Biñan office meant to bring LTO closer to the people, the Pagsanjan extension office is opened at the Areza Town Center in Pagsanjan. With this new extension office, motorists no longer need to go all the way to the LTO Calamba District Office for vehicle inspection, registration or renewal of registration, making the public service better, safer, more efficient, more comfortable and more economical for the people.
Southwoods DLRO
As with other LTO Driver’s License Renewal Offices (DLROs) in the country, the Southwoods DLRO was opened for the convenience of the transacting public in Biñan, Laguna. It offers not only license renewal services, but also other requirements such as theoretical driving courses and medical exams and permit and licenses issuance. Where is Biñan City
Biñan, officially known as the City of Biñan is a first-class component city of the province of Laguna. It houses a population of over 400,000 people, turning it into a suburban residential community with the third largest population in the province of Laguna. It als houses some of the Philippines’ largest industrial estates and export processing zones, making it the richest municipality in the Philippines.
Biñan City is located 35 kilometers (22 mi.) south of Metro Manila. It is approximately 52 kilometers (32 mi) from Santa Cruz, Manila City. It is bordered on the north by San Pedro (also a municipality of Laguna), and by the municipalities of General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Carmona, and Silang (Cavite) on the west side. The City is bordered on the south by Santa Rosa (also in Laguna), while on the east side of Biñan City lies Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the whole country.
Going to Biñan in Laguna, regardless if you are coming from Metro Manila or the surrounding provinces is easy. There are public transport options available and there are also several routes available for those who prefer to drive.
