The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 2 (Cagayan Valley Region) is one of the thirteen (13) regional divisions of the agency. What is LTO Region 2? 

LTO Region 2 (Cagayan Valley Region) refers to the LTO  offices in the second largest administrative region in the country, Region 2. These LTO offices were created to serve as an extension of the agency in the region, offering better, faster, and more convenient of LTO services—ranging from registration and renewal of motor vehicle (MV) and motorcycle (MC) registration to the issuance of license and permits, collection of fees, and enforcement of land transportation rules and regulations—to the locals in a bid to carry out their mandate as a government agency in the Philippines. 

The regional office of LTO in Region 2 is located in Tuguegarao City, a major urban and primary growth center in the Northeastern Luzon, which also serves as the regional and administrative center of the Cagayan Valley region. Cagayan Valley region is the second largest administrative region in the Philippines, located in the northeastern section of Luzon. Nestled in the valley between the Cordilleras and the Sierra Madre mountain ranges, it features a relatively large land area, hosting five (5) provinces and four (4) chartered cities.

Urdaneta, officially known as the City of Urdaneta, is a landlocked second class component city in the province of Pangasinan. Geographically, the City of Urdaneta is located in the central eastern part of Pangasinan, approximately 186 kms. from Metro Manila.

It is bounded on the north by the Municipalities of Binalonan, Laoac, Manaoag, and the Musing River; on the northwest by the Municipality of Mapandan; on the south by the Municipality of Villasis; on the southwest by the Municipality of Malasiqui; on the east by the Municipality of Asingan; and on the west by the Municipality of Sta. Barbara.
