Where is Ilocos Region (Region 1)

Region 1, otherwise known as Ilocos Region, is an administrative region of the Philippines on the northwestern section of Luzon and a portion of the Central Luzon plain, primarily by the province of Pangasinan.  It is composed of four provinces (Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan) and one independent city (Dagupan).
