Where is Oroquieta City

Oroquieta (formerly known as Layawan), is officially known as the City of Oroquieta. It is a fourth class component city and is the capital city of the province of Misamis Occidental. Geographically, the city is bounded on the south by Aloran and the north by Lopez Jaena. On the eastern side is Iligan Bay, with Concepcion on the southwest and Sapang Dalaga on the northwest.
