LTO NCR – National Capital Region

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) National Capital Region (NCR) is one of the thirteen (13) regional divisions of the agency. What is LTO NCR?

LTO National Capital Region (NCR) refers to the LTO offices in Metro Manila.
